Pada dasarnya, kata kuncinya "free". Hehehehe. Cari aja di Google atau Yahoo!, free shoutbox, free tagboard, free blog skin, free counter, dst, dst.
Kalau udah dapet website yang menyediakannya, tinggal sign up, edit sana edit sini, trus paste kode HTML-nya di template lo. Yang ini pasti bisa. Wong masukin blog aye aja udah bisa. Hehehehe..
Saran sih, liat-liat aja banyak blog, biar bisa tau kira-kira mana yang paling ok. ;-)
P.S. Lu aktif banget ya ngeblognya. Hehehehe.. Asiiik. Sekarang banyak banget anak CC yang aktif ngeblog.
